WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE
El Museo’s main entrance is on 5th Avenue between 104th and 105th Street. The main entrance, our Las Galerías (galleries), and La Tienda (gift shop) are all fully wheelchair accessible. An accessible ramp is located on the right-side of the stairs on 5th Avenue. Accessible restrooms are available on the first floor.
To access the third floor spaces (Talleres) and Black Box Theater, take the elevators located in the hallway behind the admissions desk. In addition, El Teatro (theater) offers wheelchair accessible areas at the orchestra level.
ASSISTIVE LISTENING
El Museo’s El Teatro (theater) is equipped with infrared assistive listening system. Receivers with headphones are available free of charge at the admission desk. Please request a receiver, in advance, via email at info@elmuseo.org.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals are welcomed at El Museo.
